Tiers and prices

Studio costs RM10 per month and includes the pack catalogue, Canvas mode, and a monthly generation allowance. Studio Plus costs RM30 per month and raises the allowance for heavier use. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and billed monthly.

Upgrading and downgrading

You can move between tiers from the billing page. An upgrade takes effect immediately so the larger allowance is available straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the current allowance until then.

Cancellation

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access to Studio until that date.

Refund window

If you cancel within the first seven days of a billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused part of that period. After seven days the period is non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at period end. The refund terms are set out on the refund policy page.
